We will begin with a social gathering featuring Hors D’oeuvres and a cash bar from 6:00 p.m. – 6:45 p.m.

The meal choices will be either:
Grilled Filet Mignon @ $60 pp
Cooked medium rare and served with a gorgonzola demi-glace
Faroe Island Salmon @ $45.00
Topped with an orange- ginger glaze
Simply Roasted Chicken @ $45.00
14 oz. Chicken Breast is nicely seasoned and juicy finished with a roasted shallot au jus
All entree pricing includes salad, potato, vegetable and dessert. If you have a special dietary restriction, please contact us prior to this meeting taking place. (1.50 CEUs).
