The Rhode Island Funeral Directors Association Annual Installation Dinner will take place on Saturday, March 25, 2023. At this event, we will be recognizing the following officers: Maria A. King as President, Nardolillo Funeral Home, Nicole E. Heywood as President-Elect, Winfield & Sons Funeral Home & Crematory, Anthony J. Nardolillo as Vice President, Nardolillo Funeral Home, Treasurer (will be announced soon) and Allan R. Bellows II, Bellows Funeral Chapel as Immediate Past President as well as the Board of Governors that will be elected at our February 7, 2023, Election Night Meeting.

Once again, we ask for your support at this event.   Your generosity in the past has been overwhelming, and with your help we will again be able to defray the costs associated with this event.   If you would like to participate, we are offering the following sponsorship opportunities.   (All sponsors will be acknowledged throughout this event in their category of sponsorship). The Annual Installation dinner is a great opportunity to network with your colleagues and friends in a friendly and relaxing environment.

Bronze Sponsor……$300-$500 (includes FREE FULL COLOR Ad, 2.5 wide x 4″ tall)

Silver Sponsor…….$750-$1,000 (includes FREE FULL COLOR Ad, 4″ wide x 5″ tall)

Gold Sponsor……..$1,500 – $1,999 (includes FREE FULL COLOR Full Page Ad, 8″ wide by 10.5″ tall)

Platinum Sponsor…$2,000+ (includes FREE Full FULL COLOR Page Ad, 8″ wide by 10.5″ tall)

 

A program book will be given out that evening, and any company donating to this event will be included.

As an added value and special thank you for your support, we are also offering you the opportunity to participate with a FREE FULL COLOR ad (see details above) that will be included with your company listing showing your level of sponsorship. The Ad Book will be printed in a 8 ½” x 11” format. All advertisements must be in a digital format (.jpg, .pdf, or .eps) sent to Laurie Robinson at rifda1@aol.com by March 6, 2023.
